How do I return an item?
Returns are accepted for new, unused items only. There is a 15% restocking fee for all returned items.
No returns for any item after 90 days from original purchase date. No exceptions.
Shipping charges are NON refundable.
No returns accepted on standalone wiring harnesses, harness packages, or programming harnesses.
Any items sent to us (harnesses for reworks, engine/transmission computer(s), throttle pedal, etc.) that are not paid in full within 6 months after notifying you your order is complete, will be treated as abandoned. By you sending in your items, you are agreeing to these terms.
We support all of our products and customers regardless of how long ago you purchased from us. Every harness we build is built on a live engine and transmission in-house and fully test ran before shipping with OEM GM dealer level diagnostic hardware and software hooked up to ensure a trouble free product to the best of our ability. Most concerns can be cleared up over the telephone or email. If you suspect you are having issues with our harness that requires more than our phone support, you can send it in and we will inspect, bench test, and diagnose. Video proof of our findings can be available. We are not responsible for any modifications or damages of our products. A bench testing and/or repair fee applies if no fault of ours is found.
