8L90 Lokar Floor Shifter with tap module *ES8L90EM*

Complete Lokar 8L90 floor shifter with 8" single bend and mushroom knob. Speartech Tap and Reverse CAN relay module included that allows for tap shift in Sport position. Instructions are included with the Speartech box to tie into the microswitches of the Lokar shifter. Corvette tune in ECM/TCM is recommended. Truck tunes may work but could timeout after 3-5 seconds of inactivity, truck files not extensively tested.

Lokar Electronic Sport Shifters

Lokar electronic sport shifters allow you to take control of your automatic transmission whenever you desire. Just shift your lever from drive into sport mode and begin bumping through the gears. Lokar has maintained all of the safety features from their traditional units, and these sport-mode shifters are available for several applications in different shifter lever lengths and knob styles. Retain classic looks, while adding new technology with Lokar electronic sport shifters.

Includes Speartech Reverse and Tap shift CAN relay that wires into the Lokar shifter. This allows tap shift on 8L90 applications that have the proper program in written in the tune. Reverse Light output is provided from our CAN module.
Provides tap shift control for the GM 8L90 transmission when in sport mode. Simply move to the gated position and bump the shifter to override what gear you're in. To exit tap shift mode, put the shifter back into "D" position
