International orders are required to call us at +1 (765) 378-4908 or email [email protected] to facilitate your international order. We ship worldwide on a regular basis, so feel free to reach out to us to place your order by one of the aforementioned means of communication.

To prevent fraud: BILLING/SHIPPING INFORMATION MUST MATCH or the order maybe canceled for NEW customers with whom we do NOT have a relationship with!

Domestic shipments are handled via UPS or USPS (for smaller items like our grommet).
International shipments are handled via UPS or you may arrange your own shipping/pick up. We no longer use USPS for international shipping.

Most online orders will process and ship within 1-3 business days. While standalone harnesses are built to order. The lead time is listed on the homepage.

Shipping speed selected when placing an online order is not indicative of order processing time. Please contact us if you have any questions regarding this.

We require a signature for delivery on most orders over $1,000.00 USD.
